When you work with ERT, we provide transparency about our fees and any other charges that you could face. This includes advising you of the fixed costs that are applicable in the Court process including:-
- issuing proceedings
- entering default Judgment
- issuing a Warrant of Control with the High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO)
- other methods of enforcement
How We Charge
Most of our clients prefer to be charged an hourly rate for the work we do. Depending on the type of work involved and the level of legal advice you require, the hourly rate is agreed at the beginning of our client relationship with you and is recorded in our Client Service Agreement. The hourly rates are reviewed annually.
Alternative Billing Arrangements
We also offer alternative billing arrangements, including Conditional Fee Agreements (no-win no-fee), Collective Conditional Fee Agreements, Damages Based Agreements, capped and fixed fee arrangements.
