Inheritance Claims

At ERT we have lawyers who are experienced in dealing with disputes relating to deceased's estates.

We can advise on bringing a claim as appropriate or, indeed, defending a claim that has already been brought.

Claims may be made where a person feels they should have been a beneficiary under a Will or under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.  A claim may also be considered in the event that a Will has not been properly executed by a Solicitor or where there is doubt as to the validity of a Will.

Such action can be distressing for all parties concerned and ERT are sensitive to the client’s needs in providing confidential and objective advice at what can be a difficult time.
