Our Costs

The conventional way in which the firm charges for the work that it undertakes is on a time cost basis i.e. an hourly rate is applied to the work done.  This hourly rate is set out at the beginning of any relationship and is reviewed on 1st May each year in accordance with the Client Service Agreement.

The vast majority of the firm's instructions are on the basis of an hourly rate, not least because many of our clients prefer to be charged in this way.

However, the firm does operate alternative billing arrangements which include Conditional Fee Agreements (no win - no fee), Collective Conditional Fee Agreements, Discounted Conditional Fee Agreements, Capped Fee Agreements and fixed fees.  We would be happy to talk to you about any of these arrangements in relation to the funding of any matter upon which instructions are received.
